Yes. Most likely to save time. They are expected by management to have a constant influx of new hires (a lot of employees have pretty quick turnaround). Most Abercrombie/Hollister stores do interviews twice a week with multiple candidates each time. If they did individual interviews, the managers would never have time to do anything else. read more
