Red blood cells don't contain DNA anyway, but if your transfusion included white blood cells and you had a DNA test done on your blood, the foreign DNA would show up for a few weeks.#. Nope. Your body destroys the red cells in a 120 day period as it produces its own replacement red cells. Blood transfusions don't permanently affect ANYONE'S DNA.
