Sure, it does exist today. Even with state laws that mandate that schools look into allegations of bullying, it happens far too frequently. Yet, the average anti-bullying program doesn’t do much to solve the problem. Kids need to be taught and rewarded for compassion for others and not for not being a bully. read more
