Does coke taste the same anywhere in the world?

I'm surprised people are saying Pepsi and Coke have consistency internationally. The syrup is usually the same no matter where you go. Cane sugar Coke is different tasting than HFCS Coke. read more

Coke in a can tastes different from Coke in a glass bottle and that tastes different from Coke in different sized plastic bottles and that tastes different from Coke from a soda fountain. So back on Coke, I commented about the fact that Coca Cola was a bit like McDonalds. One of the most important requirements McDonalds maintained, even to this day as far as I know, is that a Big Mac is a Big Mac anywhere you go. It must taste the same everywhere.
