Typically, someone who is a registered sex offender where the offense involved a minor, the offender is prohibited from being within 50 or 100 years of a minor. If a registered sex offender has a prohibition from being within any distance of a minor, then the offender will be in violation of the terms of his sentence by visiting a theme park. read more
