Dumbledore does not come back to life. He provides guidance beyond the grave through his enchanted Hogwarts’ portrait and through the hints he leaves for Harry, Hermione and Ron. Harry also meets Dumbledore in an ambiguous vision after Voldemort strikes Harry with the Avada Kedavra curse in Deathly Hallows. read more
After Dumbledore's death, they could communicate with a painting of his portrait in the headmaster's office as well. All the portraits of former headmasters and headmistresses could be consulted for advice. Which is unrelated to the question, as the people in the portraits don't "come back" at all. read more
Unfortunately not, although Harry does kind of half-die [it makes sense if you read the book!] and talks to Dumbledore for a while, and of course Dumbledore's portrait is put up at Hogwarts amongst all the previous headteachers but that is as close as we get to Dumbledore coming back to life. read more
