If you face any problem while travelling in the train (on the train) or at the Station, request the concerned employee of the Indian Railways ((TTE/SM/etc.) for the complaint/suggestion book, they will cooperate with you and there is a great possibility that your grievances shall be resolved without having the need to fill the complaint/suggestion book. read more
