Yes, they DO test on animals. It is NOT necessary to test medications on animals before they are ready for human consumption as many of the physical attributes (etc.) of animals are different than that of humans. However, many companies still insist upon putting animals in excruciating pain although there are other options to test a product that do not involve helpless animals. read more
