Source(s): As I have already stated, the SEM which is the Mexican Space Society is in charge of forming a committee called AEXA which is the Mexican Space Agency. The answer is not yes. AEXA has not established any type of Mexican space program other than the simple formation of a committee. read more

Mexico started a space committee back in 2007, it wasn't really a space program, it was more of planning the costs of establishing a space program. In July 30, 2010 Mexico successfully founded their first space program. read more
