In vs 7 Paul clearly proclaims that his condition is a gift of God, which lends to the idea he was born an eunuch or at least was made an eunuch when he was converted. But the passage also shows that Paul recognizes the sex drive in other people vs 2 to shows that he is deeply concerned about fornication and so he gives measure to avoid it. read more
