Does respect always come from fear?

Admiration, fear, conformity, and love. Admiration ex. You look up to someone and wish to be like them, you may treasure their values, personality, or even belongings. Respect has got nothing to do with fear. You look at a concentration camp with jews run by nazi's, they may fear being shot by nazi's and they may fall in line but I doubt they respect them.
