Does rising sea levels affect the atmospheric pressure?

For any given point on land that doesn't get covered by the sea, air pressure at the land surface will go up proportionally. I can't imagine any possible mechanism for rising sea level to affect atmospheric pressure. The magnitude of rise is too tiny on the day by day basis that the atmosphere works on. read more
