Your Scoliosis, yes it will affect torso height. But in that I would like to tell you that one of the world's greatest deadlifter of all time has a very pronounced scoliosis. ACTUALLY he did great because of his scoliosis - it was an advantage for him because it lessened the height of his torso, therefore lessening the range of motion required for his deadlifts. read more
