Caveat: I worked in Sequoia Capital India from 2008-10 and my answer is b(i)ased accordingly. I think Sequoia had a good reputation in India. In my understanding, they did not indulge in any negative actions (pulling term-sheets or slow process) as quoted in the question, any more than their competitors did. read more
