Any smoking will not increase your fertility or improve pcos symptoms. You may not care as much ; have an increased appetite, neither which is beneficial to achieve pregnancy. Talk to your doc about using metformin to improve any glucose intolerance, improve ovulation, and if all fails, ovulation induction with Clomid (clomiphene) is helpful further down the road. read more
