If you're talking about getting the box home and keeping the pie warm for a bit? I do this all the time. I use the Keep Warm setting on my oven, I believe it sets the temp at 170–180, which is well below the ignition point for cardboard. read more

No, the box doesn’t go into the oven directly. If the box goes in the oven, it could potentially become so hot that gas comes out from ink printed on the box. Also, cardboard ignites at 450 F, and many pizza places have their ovens set between 500–600 F. Unless eating the burnt pizza box along with the pizza becomes some new trend, pizza boxes don’t go into the oven with the pizza. read more
