Yes and no. Wagyu is any of the 4 main Japanese breeds of cattle: The Japanese Red; The Japanese Black; The Japanese Polled; The Japanese Shorthorn. As long as it's from one of the breeds above it's wagyu beef. Sendai Japan is actually famous for their matured and grilled beef tounge. read more
