VT does not have a Law School - That would be UVA. What VT did open recently is a medical school. They do have a decent school of government and what is probably the best veterinary school in the country. read more
Accordingly, Virginia Tech does not offer a formal pre-law major. The University does offer quality education in a large number of fields, as well as counseling about law as a career, preparing for law school, and the law school admission process. read more
Two of my roommates are in Pamplin, and while it is nowhere near the level of UVA’s Business or Commerce Schools (very few universities are able to say they are), Pamplin is still a great business school, and getting connected to companies while you’re in college or when you graduate will not be a problem at all. read more
