My first time with shrooms were 2 dried grams of mexican cubensis. It was a nice and mellow introduction to shrooms. I was already well experienced then with LSD, so 2 grams wasn't much. Always tread lightly with psychedelics. You can always take more, but you cannot take less. Respect & safety first & foremost. read more

The numbers here are correct (1.5g-2.5g) and if you want to smoke go for it. I personally smoke a lot before if i'm trying to get deep. Smoking will intensify the effects, and I recommend not smoking your first time, when your coming down a few hours later then smoke some, it should bring the effects back a little. read more
