I have friends here in SF that have made it a goal to either walk or bike (bicycle) their way down the coast. So far, none have gone through with it, but I'm sure others have. One way to see a great deal of Monterey Bay is to drive, walk or bike 17 Mile Drive. It is a beautiful stretch of coastline that winds through the hills and ocean. read more
