I don't know how many answers you will get on this one seeing as listeria is not very common in the United States, from what my doctor told me most doctors have never even seen or heard of anyone with a case of listeria. read more

Thats partly why it's such a problem because a pregnant woman could be infected but not know anything about it and symptoms can take as much as three months to show up. Hopefully is you've got 'classic' food poisoning symptoms you'll have something more simple like salmonella or e.coli which aren't nice but aren't risky to your baby either. read more

Anonymous some places have house roasted turkey or ham, balducci's has it. i've gotten that, you can get that in the deli but it is not the same as the "deli" meat that you aren't supposed to eat. it tastes just the same, in my opinion. read more
