No, I don't believe Armstrong has been forgiven for his doping. I agree with Justin Benson that he's not even asking for forgiveness. He's seemingly arrogant enough to expect the public's opinion to change around his actions. Additionally, to Matt Behnke 's point, Armstrong was also an awful sportsman throughout his career, too. read more
