Everywhere on the moon experiences day and night just as everywhere on the Earth experiences day and night. Since the far side of the moon is often called the dark side of the moon I think it is safe and best to answer this question with regards to the far side of the moon. Keep in mind this has nothing to do with light or the absence of it. No human in recorded history has walked on the far side of the moon. read more
