I have experienced stalking of various forms, shapes, and sizes, both online and in person, and it has run the gamut from amusing to annoying to genuinely terrifying. Only in cases where the stalker is a young child, has learning difficulties or suffers a mental/behavioural disorder that renders them incapable of fully understanding or controlling their actions.
