Put equal parts fresh mint, parsley and cilantro (about a packed cup of leaves of each herb) in a blender or food processor along with the juice of half a lime, a tbsp or so of red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup water (more if needed when blending), 1 serrano or jalapeno chile, 2 cloves garlic and a tsp of sugar. read more
