Cell phones are easy triggers because they can have timers and someone can call the phone to trigger it as well. The terrorist can use a variety of methods, most cell phones have a vibrate motor and that could be replaced with a relay to trigger an electronic detonator. read more

If you are trying say that we should not have cell phones because they might trigger a bomb, then you have to argue against ALL electronic devices. Any that produces heat or pressure could be adapted to trigger an explosive. read more
