I agree with Nick that it's not that you will program your construction workers, but rather that you can automate what the workers are working on. In fact, a lot of the process CAN already be automated, but isn't always. Prefab construction brings pieces of the building fabricated elsewhere in a factory. read more

They work without safety precautions in majority of situations, perched on precarious bamboo structures that serve as platforms to do building's exterior work. All in all they take abuse,doing backbreaking hazardous work for a pittance that let's them barely two meals a day. read more
