Look into making some dietary changes, get some daily cardio, stay hydrated, and cut negative people and things from your life. If that doesn't help I would see a doctor. Until then try a mild sleep aid like Benadryl. I find that if I take Benadryl on nights I can't fall asleep I never have dreams. Or at least I don't recall them. read more
