My theory is that most NFL concussions are caused by helmet to ground contact. This would be particularly true, where the player he has his legs fixed and he is whipped backwards against the ground. (shiver) The problem being the head is travelling at a great rate of speed, even faster than running, and comes to an instant stop. read more
