Not properly, as far as I’m aware there has never been a full on war declared between two NATO members, but there have been several disputes between NATO countries. The one that comes to mind is the Turkish invasion of Cyprus, which although technically speaking wasn’t against another NATO member it did involve a dispute between Greece and Turkey. read more
