I don't know as much about the rest of the middle east, but I know in the levant: Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria, green, and hazel eyes are pretty common and even blue eyes aren't that difficult to find. read more

Hazel is even more common than green eyes, so yes there are a lot of hazel eyes. Blue eyes is not uncommon (a majority in some places near the black sea), but not too common either (my guess is about 10%). As a Turk, my estimations would be hazel/auburn eyes 40%, green eyes 20%, blue eyes 10%, brown (darkish, light brown would be hazel or auburn) 30%. read more
Also Finland and Iceland are extremely light with almost 90% of them having light eyes (green, grey and blue). Other ''northern'' countries like The Netherlands, Scotland and Germany have light eyed peoples too. In The Netherlands approximately 80% of the inhabitants have green or blue eyes. read more
