There are a lot of orange and black tarantulas with a varying degree of “danger”, if by that you mean a nasty painful bite. There are no species of tarantula whose venom is anywhere near as serious as a black widow's or a brown recluse's. read more

Most of the tarantulas with medically significant venom are “old world” meaning from Asia or Africa. read more

Orange, black, and white doesn’t fit the description of any of the four groups of spiders with medically significant bites. If you are in southern Asia or Africa it’s possible that there might be a tarantula with that kind of coloration that could make you pretty sick, but I don’t have a list of the highly toxic ones by color scheme. read more
