Cleopatra was Greek. What used to be the height of civilization but became ordinary. They didn't backslide, the rest of the world just caught up and then surpassed them as Egyptians considered this stuff to be 'outworlder conceit' that would fade away in another cycle of time leaving Egypt at the top again. read more
