Liechtenstein was not involved in any conflict directly, but in May 1945 it did give political asylum to 500 Russian soldiers who had fought against the Soviet Union in German uniforms. These soldiers were eventually resettled in Argentina since tiny Liechtenstein didn't have the resources to support them. read more
