How do art experts decide how good an art work is?

Most fundamentally, good art is that art which touches humans in such a way that it becomes well known or well respected for that power. Only once it is well known will art experts come in. They generally look at it and compare it with other “good art” in order to sort out commonalities that seem to make art “good”. read more
