I am blind myself. I can tell you, we eat with chopsticks by touching the food with the Chapstick. You can tell the size and shape of the piece of food by gently touching the end of the chopstick or fork for that matter, to the food. I have trouble with chopsticks, not because of my blindness, but poor motor skills. read more
