Basically, the only medications that will effect your trip are those that affect your serotonin levels in someway (which ibuprofen does not). The only interactions I've ever heard of are (1) SSRIs and other anti-depressants make trips less intense per micro-gram of lsd, (2) taking certain prescription ergot-derived migraine medications while tripping can lead to serotonin syndrome. read more
