I shop about 70% Sephora, 20% Ulta, 10% ‘other’. Rouge at Sephora, Platinum at Ulta. Sephora: -Has more high-end brands I love-salespeople at my local store are so nice and helpful-Has a darn good store brand with solid makeup brushes, skincare, basic products, to name a few.
