What people forget is that, although, Puerto Ricans are considered “American citizens,” Puerto Rico is still listed as a separate country. I can’t say, personally (or otherwise) what Puerto Ricans think of other Latin countries, but I can imagine what other countries think of Puerto Ricans. read more
