Spinosaurus lived in Africa about 100 million years ago. There’s no possible way they ever could have fought. As far as I know, none of the ankylosaurs—a diverse and widespread group that does go back well over 100 million years—has ever been discovered in Africa, so it’s unlikely Spinosaurus ever encountered something even vaguely like Ankylosaurus. read more
