100% of the time CPR does more good than bad, as long as it is done at the correct time. The only time CPR does more harm than good that I can think of is when you perform it on someone who doesn’t need it. For adults, the only time it is needed is when someone is unresponsive, not breathing, and does not have a pulse. read more
