Magellan is NOT a Logia Devil Fruit user, so Haki wouldn't do that much to help, unless it was Busoshoku Haki to protect his arms from the poison. Having said that, Luffy would probably be able to beat Magellan if not for the sheer fact that his strength and overall resilience is much improved from before the time skip. read more
