Scrape the seed with a sharp knife. Using a standard metal file, scrape the hard seed casing to reveal the cream-colored core. Do not file any of the core away – your lotus will not grow. Filing away the outer casing allows water to reach the core. read more
I used to grow my own lotus from seeds traditionally, so I don't know how to growth them in a place where there is no rice field soil available. To start I prepared the media with enough water as mud consistency. Put the seeds slightly underneath the soil and make sure get enough sun. read more
