During my first days on Dvorak, I was mentally assigning each key position on Dvorak to a key position on QWERTY, so instead of visualizing a Dvorak keyboard on my computer, I visualized a QWERTY one instead, where I’d type K for T, semi-colon for S, etc, and this slowed me down for a while. read more
