Most first-time moms of twins don’t feel fetal movement, or quickening, until 18 to 20 weeks — about the same average for singletons. You have to remember that some twins are smaller developing. But when they do start moving they NEVER STOP. But if your twins are larger now then you may feel them move sooner. I had a friend who has 2 seven + pound twins and she felt them move early. read more
