There are 10 workouts in the Insanity program. Each routine takes between 30 and 60 minutes to complete, and you do them a grueling 6 days a week. Over the 60-day program, you change your workout schedule on a weekly basis. read more
Insanity is great at jump starting a fitness routine, however, because it's done at home and impossible to complete - even the people in the videos take several breaks - it's hard to measure how effective it is since nobody can do the entire workout completely and with good form. read more
