Friesian horses are not notable jumpers. They are powerful horses & can certainly jump recreationally, but not at competitive levels against Dutch Warmbloods, for example. " Probably not, although you may find an outstanding individual. One of the best jumping horses I ever knew was a TWH/Saddlebred cross who couldn't even hold a true canter. read more
