You do not join the Paralympics. Just like the Olympics, you qualify for it. My son is an emerging Paralympian. He works out, practices and competes regionally, nationally and internationally. If you are interested, find a regional competition and compete. Go to the IPC site and look at the A, B and Emerging times or scores. Set goals for yourself. read more
