Grouper has always been plentiful and very reasonably priced in FL, especially on the Gulf Coast. My recent experience there last week is that the rest of the country has discovered and demands Grouper, so it's being shipped for much higher prices and locals now often find it unavailable to them, and at much higher prices. read more
