How is LG washing machine after sale servicing?

I own two LG washing machines. Their product is average and their service is the worst. Their direct drive washing machines make much more sound and vibration than the other washing machines. read more

A rat went inside my washing machine through the bottom and spoiled the rubber washer at the washing machine door. This happened because the LG technician who installed the washing machine forgot to fix the mesh at the bottom. read more

I would discourage anybody thinking of buying an LG product from doing so on account of their terrible after-sales service. I have had no such complaints with Samsung, Whirlpool or IFB. I placed a complaint with the LG call centre in April 09 and only after 3-4 calls to the call centre did a technician get in touch. read more
